APPROVING PROPOSED BUDGET FOR ENGINEERING FUNDS PURSUANT
TO SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE --
ISCAL YEAR 1964-1965.
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure of the Engineering Allocation
under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highways Code has been entered into by the City of Alameda
and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, under date of February 29, 1960; and
WHEREAS, a Budget Proposal for Engineering Funds for the fiscal year 1964-1965 has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda Is familiar with the contents of said Budget
Proposal
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Budget
Proposal for Engineering Funds is hereby approved in all its particulars and the pertinent City
officials are hereby authorized to attach their signatures or certifications to the said Budget
Proposal, as required, and that said Budget Proposal be submitted to the Department of Public
Works, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and
Highways Code-

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of March, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr., Rose and Vice President McCall, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT, President Godfrey, (1).
