APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION ENOWN AS TRACT 2532, SUBMITTED
BY ARTHUR E, ADAMS, AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO
SUFFICIENCY,
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative
Map of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract 2532; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider of said Tract 2532, Arthur E. Adams, has entered into a contract
with the City of Alameda, agreeing to construct certain improvements upon said Tract and to post
with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda a faithful performance bond in the amount of $216,398.21
to guarantee performance of said contract; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has filed with this Council for approval the Final Map of said
Tract 2532;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map
of Tract 2532 be, and the same 15 hereby approved,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $216,398.21, guaranteeing full and
faithful performance of the Subdivider's said improvements construction contract, is hereby
approved as sufficient in amount.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of March, 1964, by the following vote, Lo wit:
AYES: Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr., Rose and Vice President McCall, (4).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: President Godfrey, (! ).
