AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
2532 -- BAY FARM ISLAND -- ARTHUR E. ADAMS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1208 N. S., Arthur E. Adams, subdivider herein, has
prepared and presented to this Council the Final -lap of the subdivision known as Tract 2532; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has entered into an agreement to construct and complete the
improvements in said subdivision, has filed the Final Map thereof for approval at this time, and
has posted his bond guaranteeing full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance
with the provisions of said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, it will he to the advantage and benefit of the City to have said work performed
in accordance with said agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the agreement
for construction and completion of improvements in the subdivision known as Tract 2532, and all
its terms and conditions, be, and the same hereby is, approved; and
BE 11 FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to
same,

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of March, 1964, by the Following vote, to wit.
AYES Councilmen Freeman, Le Croix, Jr., Rose and Vice President McCall, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Godfrey, (1).
