SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PARK CENTRE
PROJECT REDEVELOPMENT PLAN (NO. CALIF. R-63) ADOPTED BY
CITY OF ALAMEDA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant LO the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California, the kedevelnp-
meat Agency of the City of Alameda has submitted to this Council For consideration by this Council the
redevelopment plan which was adopted by said Agency hy its Resolution No. 76 on March 11, 1.964 for
the redevelopment by said Agency of a redevelopment project area in the its of Alameda, referred to
in said resolution as Park Centre Project No. Calif. R-63, said redevelopment plan being entitled
"Redevelopment Plan, Park Centre Project"; and
WHEREAS, said Community Redevelopment Law resjuires that this Council consider said redevelop-
ment plan at a public hearing; and
WHEREAS, this Council desires to conduct a public hearing on said redevelopment plan in accord-
ance with said Community Redevelopment Law;
NOW TBEREFORE, 9E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the 12th day of May,
1964, at the hour of 2:30 o'clock p.m. of said day, ir the auditorium of the Alameda High School,
located on Central Avenue, between Oak Street and Walnut Street, in the City of Alameda, California,
is the date, time and place when and where this Council will, in accordance with and as required by
said Community Redevelopment Law, conduct a public hearing on the above mentioned redevelopment plan
entitled "Redevelopment Plan, Park Centre Project", which was adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Alameda on March 11, 196., by Resolution No. 76 of said Agency.
8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of said hear-
ing in the Alameda Times-Star, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Alameda,
County of Alameda, California, within the time and in the manner prescribed by said Community
Redevelopment Law.
