AUTHORIZING EXECUt101 OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTWETION AND
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH PROPERTY
DIVISION MAP NO. 110--RORTION OF BLOCK 12, TRACT 1898
(SHORE LINE PROPERTIES, INC.), AND APPROVING FAITHFUL
PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, there has been pre-
sented to this Council a Property Division Map, designated Property Division Mar 2o. 110, and here-
tofore conditionally approved by the Planning Board, being a division of property of a portion of
Block 12, Tract 1.599, by Shore tine Properties, Inc., a California corporation; and
WHEREAS, said approval hy the Planning Board is conditioned upon the execution by sub-
divider of an agreement to construct and complete certain public improvements on said property; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has entered into such an agreement and has posted its bond guar-
anteeing S111 and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance with said section; and
WHEREAS, it will be co the benefit of the City to have said work performed In accordance
therewith;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE 00 001_ OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for
the construction and completion et the improvements in the divisinn of property of a portion of
Block 12, fract 1898, designated as Property DiViSiOR 'lap \o, 110, by Shore Line Properties, inc—,
be, and the same hereby is, approved, and the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute,
and the City Clerk co attest, said agreement on behalf of the City; and
HE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $23,754.00, guaranteeing full and faith-
ful performance of said contract, is hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
