BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to Sectien 11-319.1,
Alameda Munic.pal Code, Property Division Map No. 110, being a division of porCion of Block 12, Tract
1898, and involving a publ mproven 'ontract and bond, is hereby approved, and permission given
to subdivider, Shore Line Properties, Inc., to record same.
