ACCEPTING GIFT OF AIRPLANE FROM ALAMEDA JUNIOR CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE AND AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION THEREOF AS PLAYGROUND
FIXTURE AT WOODSTOCK PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to Charter Section
22-10, the gift from the Alameda Junior Chamber of Commerce of a deactivated surplus U. S. Navy
jet fighter aircraft (FJ-3 Fury) is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Recreation and Parks Department is hereby authorized to
install said aircraft in Woodstock Park for use as a playground fixture therein.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
