APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 226 (61)
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEilEkS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, has presented an Agreement for Maintenance of State Highway . in
the City of Alameda, effective as of July 1, 1964, and to remain in effect until
Amended or terminated; and
WBEaEAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of said Agreement
And desires said(Olty to enter into same;
NON THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 5Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
said Agreement for Maintenance of State Highway in the City of Alameda is hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of
the City and the City Clerk is direct.ed to attest same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of June 196A, by the following vote, to wit:
AYE.S Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, jr., McCall,' Rose and President Godfrey (5).
