Resolution 06630CITY OF ALAYEDA RESOLUTION 6630 ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS, SPECIAL PRWISIONS AND 5' 55 FOR RESURFACING OF FRANKLIN PARK TENNIS COURTS, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SIEME. WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared SpeciFicacions, Special Provisions and Plans for the resurfacing of Franklin Park Tennis Courts, numbered PW 6-64-19 and filed in the office of Ow Clay Clerk on june 3, 1964; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA thac ahe aforesaid Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and filed as aforesaid, be, and cite same are hereby approved and adopted. RESOLVLD, FURTHER, Lha he Council of he City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 o'cloc+ a.m. on FRIDAY, jUNE 12, 1964, for' furnishing iio the City of all labor, materials, machinery, cools and equipment necessary for Lhe work hereinabove referred ail, in accord- ance wiLh said SpecificaLions and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plaiftia, marked on che ouEside, "Proposal For Resurfacing of Franklin Park Tennis Courts", or similar designation.
