PROVIDING FOR i AMOUNT PER DIEM FOR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR TRAVELING EXPENSES.
WHEREAS, Section 22-7 of rhs Charfer of 1Lue City of Adameda requires that. t3 Council
annually fix the per diem allowance for traveling expenses of ofkicers and employees of the City;
NOW THEREFORE, BE 17 RESOLVED 13Y Jill. 21 3. 06 THE CITY OF 31., 3! aa follows:
That The per diem allowance for all officers and employees of t:he Citty of Alameda while
attending Lo official dufies, both. within and without the City of Alameda, shall not, exceed Ills
amount of the actual. expense incurred per diem by such officer or employee, ln addition to the costs
of transportation actually incurred; and
Provided, fureher, that such expenditures shall be recompensed to such officer or employee
hy the City of Alameda uphn. submi ssion. of a statement of such expense in form satisfactory to Ithe
Auditor of the is ,, Alampda.
