WHEREAS, a form of agreement relating to the rights, duties and liabilittes of the Golf
Professlonal at the Alameda Municipal Golf Course has been filed in the office of the. City Clerk;
and
..1 \$ it has been proposed Coat Jack Cummings, golf professional, become party to
such agreement as the Golf Professional at the Alameda Municipal Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda is infoluied and aware of Che contents of
said agreemont;
NOW THEREFORE, BE 11 RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF IRE CITY OF ALAMEDA that The Mayor of
the City, of Alameda be, and he is hereby aHthorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of
