REQUESTING PAYMENT BY THE FISCAL AGENT OF THE AMOUNT HELD
IN THE OFF-STREET PARKING SURPLUS REVENUE FUND TO THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, pursuant 1,0 Article V, Section 5.08(6) of Resolution No. 5312, authorizing Lhe
1ssua11.e of City of Alameda Off-Street Parking Revenue Bonds, the City's Fiscal Agent, San of
America National Trust and Savings Association, has accumulated the amount of approximately
1313 in thp Surplus Revenue Fund; and
11333 '1313 said resolution provides that the City Council may, by resolution, requesT the
Fiscal Agent to transfer to the Ceneral Fund of the City, to be used for any laxuful. purposes, any
or all moneys in the Surplus Revenue Fund;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Fiscal Agent
e, and it is hereby requested, to 11131 1113' from the Surplus Revenue Fund to the General Fund of
the City of Alameda, to be used for any 1a1 ful purposes, the 111 '111 of 818500.00.
