WHEREAS, s. propobed contract with Bring's, incorporated, for their services
reiptAng to parking meter collectlonu during thn fiscal year beginning July 1, 1964,
and ending June 30, 1465, has been submitted. to this Council, and the Council. is
fully. informed. and. aware of the terms and conditions thereof; and
kgEREASE it is in. the best interests of the City. of Alamedu that said con-
tract be entered into-,
NOW, THEREFORE, PE IT RESOLVED BY' THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby arthorlzed and directed. to execute, for
and hn behalf of the Clty of Alumbda, that certain contrant referred to above hg and..
betueen Brink's, incorporated, ann. thr City of Alamnda, for their zervices relating
to parking meter collections during the fiscal year 1964-1965. The City Clerk is
hereby directeh to attest to same.
