CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 6682
CERTIFYING REPORT TO STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC vaIRKS OF
1963-1964 FISCAL YEAR EXPENDITURES BY CITY, IN CONFORMANCE
WITH COLLIER-UNRUH LOCAL TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT.
WHEREAS, the Collier-Unruh Local Transportation Development Act of the State of California
provides that "Within 60 days following the close of each fiscal year each county, city, or city
and county shall file with the Department a report in a form prescribed by the Department and certi-
fied by the local governing body showing its expenditures of funds during the preceding fiscal year
pursuant to Sections 186.1 through 186.7."; and
WHEREAS, the attached report, compiled in the form prescribed by the Department from
records maintained by this city and showing expenditures during the 1963-1964 fiscal year pursuant
to Sections 186.1 through 186.7 of the Streets and Highways Code, has been examined by this Council,
and is determined to be factual;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA chat this Council hereby
certifies the attached report to he a true record of expenditures by the city during the 1963-1964
fiscal year in conformance with the requirements of the Collier-Unruh Transportation Development
Act; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer is hereby instructed to transmit six (6)
copies of the report and three (3) certified copies of this resolution to the State of California,
Department of Public lJorks, Division of Highways, in care of the Engineer in charge of its local
District office.
T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
1st day of September, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES; None.
ABSENT; None.
