Resolution 06686CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO 6686
ADOPTING A SELECT SYSTEM OF CITY STREETS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, adopted a resolution
numbered 6512 on September 3, 1963, indicating its desire to receive funds made available by the
Collier-Unruh Local Transportation Development Act; and
WHEREAS, in order to accumulate the matching credits required by Streets and Highways
Code Section 186.5 it is necessary that the City modify its Select System of City Streets in accord-
ance with the provisions of Section 156.3 of the Streets and Highways Code;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA that that certain map
dated September 15, 1964, entitled "Map of Select System of City Streets and Highways, City of
Alameda, California," and the accompanying report entitled "Select System Report, City of Alameda,
September 15, 1964," which have been prepared for consideration of the California Highway Commis-
sion, copies of which are on file in the offices of the City Clerk and City Engineer and incor,
porated herein as if set out in full herein, are hereby approved and adopted.
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that three (3) certified copies of this resolution be filed with
said map and report in the office of the Department of Public Works, State of California, through
the District Office of the Division of Highways.
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda hereby petitions the
California Highway Commission to approve the aforementioned map and report.
