WHEREAS, proceedings under the Improvement Act of 1911 were duly and regularly held and
had, ordering certain street improvements at No. 7 Garden Road, in this City, and the hearings
thereon required by Art. 2, Ch, 27, Pt. 3, Div. 7, ELreets and Highways Code of California were
held; and
WHEREAS, this Council on September' I, 1964, clad hear and pass upon the report of the
Sup:Ahatendent of Stteeta which specified the mork ohlth has been done thereon, the cost of con-
struction and description of said real propertyA and the assessment proposed to be. levied to pay
the cost thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RESOIVET) BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 42, 424 that the cost vf con-
struction of certain street Improver.Tents on premises commonly designated as 57 Carden Road, Alameda,
Californla, should be and hereby is assessed in the sum of $1,664.65, which sum shall. he a lien
upon said real property until saad sum, wl41 h. 1241 41 at tho rate of six per cent (6%) per annum
from Septer,ber 1, 1964, has been paid in. full; and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby author-
ized to file in the Office of the 50-1 41',' Recorder of Alameda County a certificate giving notice
of said lien-
