ments, No, MS )0-64-10, filed in the office of the City Clerk on October' 20, 1964, be, and the same
are heret:y approved and adoprod
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda ofll receive sealed bids up to
the hour of 1100 o'clock a.m. on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 1964, for furnishing to the Ciey of said
Three-wheel Gasoline Vehicles, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be
presented to the City Clerk, in. the City Hail, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly
marked on the outside, "Proposal for Three-Wheel Gasoline Vehicles for Golf and Park Departments",
or simllar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be averded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The rlght is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, ir the Alameda Times-Star, a notice, call-
lng for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifica-
tions and Provisions,
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
int.rodueed and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of October, 1964, by the following vote, to wit!
AYES Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr., Rose and President Godfrey, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman McCall, (1).
