BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 1138 New Series, of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination by the Mayor, ELLIOT S.
PETERSON be, and he is hereby, appointed to the office of member of the Advisory Golf Commission
of the City of Alameda for the term commencing on January 1, 1965, and expiring December 31, 1968,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
1st day of December, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
