ORDERING CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
IN THE AMOUNT OF 54.80 ASSESSED TO THEODORE D. BLANKS.
BE IT RESOLVED By THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 9,
Title III, of the Alameda Municipal Code, it is hereby ordered that personal property taxes in the
amount of $4.80, heretofore erroneously assessed to and paid by Theodore D. Blanks, be cancelled and
said amount refunded.
