ADOPTING AND SUMITTING A SECOND MENDED BUDGET FUR EXPENOrTURE
FUND 31.1.CC iED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure of Funds Allocated from the
State Highway Fund to Cities has been entered into by the City of Alameda, hereinafter referred to
as the City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred
to as the Department; and
WHEREAS, a second amended project statement has been prepared showing estimated expendi-
tures of such funds recommended to be made during the Fiscal year 1964-1965; and
WHERZAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of said second amended project
statement;
N01,4 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED flY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said second
amended project statement, dated January 5, 1953, be and is hereby adopted as the budget of pro-
posed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to cities; said project statement be, and the same is
hereby approved, and shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works, State of California, 13
accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code=
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of January, 1965. by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Freeaan, La Croix, Jr., McCall., Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
