CNE (1) NEW, LATEST MODEL 1/2-TCP PICKUP TRUCK FOR GOLF
DEPARTMENT, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, latest model 1/2-too pickup truck for the Golf Depart-
ment, No. MS f-65-1, filed in the office of the City Clerk on January 19, 1965, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up ro
the hour of 11100 o'clock a,m. on THURSDAY. FEBRUARY 4, 1965, for furnishing to the City of said
pickup truck, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids most Le presented to the
City Clerk, in the City gall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the out-
side, 'Proposal for I/2-ton Pickup Truck for Golf Department', or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder uho submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, In the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids. In accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions,

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular fleeting asseahled on the
19th day of January, 1465, by the following vote, to wit:
