Resolution 06737CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 6737 APPROVING PROPOSED BUDGET FOR ENGINEERING FUNDS PURSUANT TO SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE -- FISCAL YEAR 1965-1966. "WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure of the Engineering AllocaLinn under Section, 2107.5 of the Streets and Highways Code has been entered into Sy the City of Alameda and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways; and WHEREAS, a budget proposal showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the fl seal year 1965-1966 has been prepared; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda is familiar with the contents of said budget. proposal; NN THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF ALAMEDA, that said Budget Pro- posal for Engineering Funds, dated February 2, 1965, is hereby approved and adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the State allocated funds for engineering to cities, and the pertinent City officials are hereby authorized to attach thelr signatures or certifications to the said budget pro- posal, as required, and that said budget proposal he submitted to the Department of Public' Works, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code. 1, the undersigned, hereby oertify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd day of February, 1965, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Sr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
