ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
NEW POINTAXLE COMPRESSOR. FOR STREET DEPARTMENT, CALLING
FOR EDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME,
RESOLVED ±IY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (I) new, portable compressor, for the Street Department, No.
MB 2-65-2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on February 2, 1965, be, and the same are hereby
approved and adopted.
RESOLVED.FURTHEN, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to
the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 1905, for furnishing to the City of said
compressor, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the
City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the out-
side, "Proposal for Portable Compressor", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and, best bid. The right is reserved to reject
any or ail bids.
The it Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions,

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of Inc City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
2nd day of February, 1955, by the following vote, to wit:
AXES: Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Nose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
