OF ALAMEDA ESTABLIALNG THE ECONOMIC OPPDXIGNITY AGENCY Of
ALAMEDA COUNTY.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCJ1 OF THE CIACY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of the City of Aiameda be,
and he hereby is, authorized to execute on behalf of said City' a joint powers agreement with the
County of Alameda and other public agencies for the purpose of establishing The Economic Opportunity
Agency of Alameda County, all. as provided for in that certain for of agreement heretofore submitted
by said County to this Council.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
2nd day of February, 1965, by the following vote, to wit.:
