NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT PLYSTTVED BY THE COUNCIL CT THE CITY OF ALAYTD that the aforesaid
SpecAficatione, Special ProvisionT and Plans, numbered and filed as aioresaid, be, and the same are,
hereby awroved and adopted,
RESTLVB:D, FURTHER, that. the performance and comptioti.on of the work specified in said Speclif
fications and Provisions be, and. the same is hereby authorized.
ESOLVED., FURITER, that. the Council. of tide City of Alantacia will receive sealed bids up to
the hour of 11:00 o'clock a-m. on FRIDAY, iiiiNTBH 12, 1965, Bor furnstiirig to the City of all labor,
materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary for tile work hereinabTve referred accord-
ance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presefited to the City Clerk, in. tAe City
Rail., Alameda, CalLifornia, upder sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for
Installation of Culverts at Taylor Avenue aud Carcilice Street'', or similar designation.

ing for sealed bids, in accordance itilth the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisione.
