BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CT TnE CITY CT ALAMEDA that the City of Alameda, pursuant to
Section 194.2, Streets and Highways Code of California, horeby requests tbg Stato Department of
Finance to prepare a special. census estimate °E. the population of the City of Alameda, California,
as of the date of April. I, 1965: and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Aanaeer is hereby authorized and directed to :inter
foto an. agreement between. the City and soid Department under 1 MQ.11, said estimate shall be made and
providing fcg the rtetbed and cost thereof, a copy of which agreement is on file in the ofTice of the
City Clerk.
