ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
ONE (1) NEW, LATEST MODEL, OFFSET DISK HARROW, FOR GOLF
DEPARTMENT, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, latest model, offset disk harrow, For the Golf Depart-
ment, No. MS 5-65-11, filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 4, 1965, he, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to
the hour of 1l.00 o'clock a.m. on WEDNESDAY, MAY 26, 1965, for furnishing to the City of said disl,
harrow, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda. California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside,
"Proposal for Offset Disk Harrow", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, wilt be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best Cid. The right is reserved to reject
any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice tall-
in for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda In regular meeting assembled no the
4th day of May, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES. Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall and Vice President Rose, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Godfrey, (1).
