AUTHORIZIING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
2707 -- THE MOBILHOME CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1200 N. S., The Mobilhome Corporation, subdivider herein,
has prepared and presented to this Council the ,ual Map of the subdivision knm.m as Tract 2707; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has entered into an agreement to construct and complete the
improvements in said subdivision, has filed the Final Map thereof for approval at this time, and has
posted its bond guaranteeing full and faithful performance of said Walk, all in accordance with the
provisions of said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, ib will be to the advantage and benefit of the City to have said work performed
in accordance with said agreement;
0011 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for
construction and completion of iuprovements in the subdivision known as Tract 2707, and all its
terms and conditions, he, and the sane hereby is, approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager in and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is hereby directed te attest to
same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
4th day of May, 1965, by the following vote, to %nt:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, 2t., McCall and Vice President Rose, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: (22 "e. (1).
