AUTHCRIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE OF CM-OWNED PROPERTY (VICINITY
ATLANTIC AVENUE AND MAIN STREET) FOR PERIOD OF SEVEN MONTHS 10
FRANK TVALDI AND HEN Y. NG.
WHEREAS, Frank Iva:W.1 and Hen Y. Ng are former lessees of certain lands owned by the City
under agreement authorized by Ordinance No. 1386 N. 5.. and since November 1, 1964, have been month-
to-month tenants thereof; and
WHEREAS, said persons desire to lease said property for a term commencing June 1, 1965,
and eading December 31, 1965, for a gross rental of $1,050.00, payable monthly in advance at the
rate of $150.00; ar,c1
WHEREAS, a form of lease aareement to be entered into between the City and said parties has
been prepared, and till's Council finds it to be in the public interest that said lands be so leased,
303 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 1 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the form of lease
referred to above, containing the terms, covenants and conditions therein, be, and the same hereby
is, approved.
BE 11 FURTdER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and hs hereby is ,authorized to execute for and
on behalf of the City a tease substantially in the form as that proposed, and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to attest '50 5553.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of May, 1963, by the following vote, to ,At:
