RESOLVED 13)" THE COUNCIL OF (412 4)1 CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (I) new, latest model, compost mixer, for the Golf Department,
No. MS 5-65-12, filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 1,, 1965, be, and the same are hereby
approved and adopted,
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to
the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on WEDNESDAY, TUNE 9, 1965, for furnishing to the City of said compost
mixer, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside,
'Proposal for Compost Mixer', or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible hider who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions,

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
18th day of May, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey. (5).
