RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA (1110 110 Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing Class "B" Portland Cement Concrete Transit Mix to the City of Alameda for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1966, No. MS 5-65-15, filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 18, 1965, be, and
the same are hereby approved and adopted,
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids ap to
the hour of 1100 o'clock a.m, on FRIDAY, JUNE 4, 1965, for furnishing to 'Sc City of said supplies,
in accordaooe with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk,
in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, 'Proposal
for Portland Cement Concrete Transit Mix-Fiscal Year 1965-66', or similar designation,
Contract, if awarded, wdll be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved Ma reject
any or all bids,
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times- Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions.
