HEREAS, a proposed contract for the fiscal year 1965-1966 Elth the firm of Nackleman,

is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof, said contract being filed with thn
City Clerk and marked "Filed JunE= 15. 1965"
NEN TUEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TUE COUNCn OF THE CITY OF Al AMEDA that the Mayor of the
City of Alameda is hereby authorized and directed to execute for nnd on behalf of the City oE
Alameda that certain contract referred to above by and between the City and the fErm of Aackleman,
Larze1cre MeXonno. :or certified public accountin services for the fiscal year 1965-1966, The City
Clerk is hereby direc'Eed Lo attest to same.
