NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CillY OF '151 0' that the Mayor of the
City of Alameda is hereby authorized and. directeel to execute, for and on behali of the City of
Alameda, th8t certain contract referred to above by and between Brink's, Incorporated, and the City
of Alameda, for their services relating to parkIng meter collections during the fiscal. year 1%5-
1966. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
