APPROVING PROPERTY DIVISION MAP NO. 145 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
DESTGNATED AS 39 3' 3'0 ROAD, AND PERMITTING RECORDING TAEREOF
(P. LEE LAWRENCE).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant. to Section 11-319.1,
Alameda Municipal. Code, Property Division Map No. 145, heretofore accepted nnd approved hy the
Planning Board, and involving no public improvements, is hereby approved and permission given to
subdivider to record same. Said Approval nnd permssion is subjevt to the conditions set forth in
City Engineer's May 7, 1965 report to the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of' the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of June, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES; Ccuncilmcm Bartley, La Croix, „Ir., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
