BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COENCIL OF' THE CITY Or ALAMEDA that the certain map, designated as
City Engineer's Drawing 5690B, Case 43, which shows khe locations of proposed city street construc-
tion work to be performed, using 1965-66 fiscal year moneys to be paid to the City by thk County of
Alameda under the 'Mayers' Formula,' which funds are derived by said County from the Highway Users
Tax Fund of the State of California, is hereby approved, and the City Engine.er is hereby authotized
to make appropriate application to the County of Alameda for funds in accondance therewith-
, I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
reduced and evlopted by the Council of the City of lannleda in regular meet sembled on the
15th. Ray of :June, 1965, by the following vote; to wit:
