Resolution 06825CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 6825
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 2730, SUBMITTED
BY SHORE LINE PROPERTIES, INC., AND BRADDOCK, LOGAN 5 VALLEY, AND
APPROVING FAITHFUL FERFORMMIOE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY.
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative Map
of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract 2730; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider of said Tract 2730, Shore Line Properties, Inc., and Braddock,
Logan & Valley, has entered into a contract with the City of Alameda, agreeing to construct certain
improvements upon said Tract and to post with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda a faithful per-
formance bond in the amount of $336,000.00 to guarantee performance of said contract; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has filed with this Council, for approval, the Final Map of said
Tract 2730;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
Tract 2730 be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the bond in the sum of $336,000.00, guaranteeing full and
faithful performance of the Subdivider's said improvements construction contract, is hereby
approved as sufficient in amount.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of July, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, McCall and President Godfrey, (3).
NOES: Councilmen La Croix, Jr., and Rose, (2).
ABSENT: None.
