APPROVING PROPERTY DIVISION MAP NO. 150 FOR DIVISION OF
PROPERTY AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CENTRAL AVENUE AND
LAFAYETTE STREET, AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF
(STANLEY BOERSMA).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1,
Alameda Municipal Code, Property Division Map No. 150, heretofore accepted and approved by the
Planning Board, and involving no public improvements, is hereby approved and permission given to
subdivider to record same. Said approval and permission is subject to the conditions set forth in
City Engineer's July 8, 1965, report to the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
