CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. b1140
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR MAINTENANCE
OF STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 61 ANDAUTNORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Pubhe Worke, Division of High-
ways, has presented an Agreement for Maintenance of State Highway in the City of Alameda, effective
as of July 1, 1965, and to remain in effect until amended or terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Counoil is familiar with the contents of said Agreement and desires said
City to enter into same:
NOW TaREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 1i' THE COLYNC11, OF THE [15 OF ALAMEDA that said Agreement for
Maintenance of State Highway in the City of Alameda is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby author-
ized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is directed to attest same.
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
70 day of September, 1965, by the following vote, to wit.:
AYES: Councilmen. Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Codfrey,
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
