BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI1PY OF ALAMEDA that Sections 2, 3 and 4 of Resolution
No. 6821, adopted ,Rily 1, 1965, be amended by creating one (1) additional position of Sergeant, and
deleting and eliminating entirely the classification of Inspector, in the Police Department, as
follows:

BE 1:r FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this resolution. shall supersede those por-
tions of Resolution No. 6821, and of any other resolution in conflict herewith, and all. such con-
flicting provisions are, to the extent of such conflict only, hereby rescinded.
