EE IT RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to Section 11x319.1,
klame,la Municipal Code, Property Division Map No. 153, being a divlsion of the property located at
:he southeast corner of Otis Drive, and Willow Street, in the City of Alameda, and involving a
)ublic improvements contract and approved cash deposit in lieu of bond, is hereby approved, and
:emission given to subdivider, S. J. Dowling & Son, Inc., to record same.
1, the undersigned, hereby ceytify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
779 day of September, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
