WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Council a request for approval of a
certain warrant numbered 103 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105, and this
Council finds that said warrant should be approved;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the warrant of
che Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105 set forth below be, and hereby is, approved.
