ORDERING CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
ERRONEOUSLY COLLECTED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Articles 1 and 2,
Chapter 9, Title III, of the Alameda Municipal Code, it is hereby ordered the following personal
property taxes heretofore erroneously levied and collected be cancelled and the specified amounts
refunded:
