AVENUE, AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF (CITY OF ALAMEDA, BY
'PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 319.1,
Alameda Municipal Cade, Parcel (Property Division) Map No. 158, heretofore accepted and approved
by the Planning Board, and involving no public improvements, i5 hereby approved and permission given
to subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions set forth in City Enineer's report to the
City Planning Board of the City of Alameda dated November 5, 1965.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of November, 1965, by the following vote, to wit;
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
