APPROVING WARRANT NO. 104 OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES CF RECLAMATION
DISTRICT NO. 2105.
'AIEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Council e request for approval of a
certain warrant numbered 104 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105, and this
Council finds that said warrant should he approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrant and the face amount thereof were duly authorized
by resolution of said Board at its regular meeting held November 4, 1955, said resolution appearing
in the Minutes thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BC IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA that the warrant of
the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No, 2105 set forth below be, and hereby is, approved.
