CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 6985
ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHMAY FUND TO CI 1189.
VHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure. of Funds Allocated from the
State Highmay Fund tc Cities has been entered into by the City of Alameda, hereinafter referred to
as the City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred
to as the Department; and
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared showing estimated expenditures of such
funds recommended to he made during the fiscat year 1965-1966, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of said project statement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said project
statement, dated July 12, 1965, be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures
of the gas tax allocation to cities, said project statement be and the same is hereby approved,
and shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works, State of California, in accordance with
the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting Mbled on the
7th day of December, 1965, by the following vote, to witT
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES, None.
ABSENT: Nene.
