AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSMUCTION AND
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN iESTERTY PORTION OF SUB-
DIVISION DESIGNATED TRACT NO, 2822.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1208, New Series, Shore Line Properties, Inc., a
California corporation, subdivider herein, has prepared and presented to this Council the Final
Map of the westerly portion of the subdivision known as Tract No 2822; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has entered into an agreement. to construct and complete the
improvements in said subdivision, has filed its Final Map thereof for approval at this time, and
has posted its bond guaranteeing full and faithful performance of said work, all in 11 with
the provisions of said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the advantage and benefit of the City to have said work performed
In accordance with said agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that ch11 . agreement. for
construction and completion of improvements in the westerly portion of subdivision designated as
Tract No. 2822, and all its terms and conditions be, and the same hereby is, approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is herebyu authorlzed and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to
same.
