APPROBIN FINAL MAP OF WESTERLY PORTION OF SUISDIVfSfON
KNOWN AS TRACT NO. 2R22, SUBMITTED BY SHORE LINE PROPERTIES,
INC., ANU APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO
SUFFICIENCY.
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative
Map of that certain proposed subdivision known as Villa Del Don, Tract No. 2822; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider of said Tract No, 2822, Shore Line Properties, Inc., has
entered into a contract with the City of Alameda, agreeing to construct certain improvements upon
said Tract and to post with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda a faithful performance bond in
the amount of $38,820.00 to guarantee performance of said contract; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has filed with this Council for approval its Final Map for the
westerly portion of said Tract No, 2822:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT nEsoLvED BY THZ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALANEDA that the Final Map
tor the westerly portion of Tract No. 2322 he and Coe same is hereby approved.
EC IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the of $BE,B20.00, guarauteeios full and
faithful perforaonce of the subdivider's said improvements construction contract, is hereby
approved as sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
21st day of December, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (4).
NOES: None,
NOT VOTING: Councilman Bartley, (1).
ABSENT: None.
