CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 6910
REJECTING CLAIM FOR DAMAGES PRESENTED BY PAUL TURCOTTE.
WHEREAS, Paul Turcotte filed on February 2, 1966, with the City Clerk a claim for damages,
based upon an alleged occurrence having taken place on October 16, 1965; and
WHEREAS, the period of time elapsing between the alleged incident upon which said claim
is based, and its said presentation, is greater than the time set forth in Section 911.2 of the
Government Code of California;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the said claim
of Paul Turcotte is hereby rejected in its entirety.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda ir regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of February, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
