AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NO. NBy(U)-
44650 (MODIFICATION NO. "D") RELATING TO SFECIAL SERVICES
FURNISHED BY CITY TO U. S. NAVY OFF-STATION PUBLIC QUARTERS
AND HOMOJA HOUSING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the United States of America, District Public Works Office, Twelfth Naval District,
San Bruno, California, has submitted a form of Supplemental Agreement amending Contract No. NBy(U)-
44650, heretofore on June 19, 1962, entered into pursuant to Resolution No. 6362, and relating to
special services to he rendered by the City to the United States Navy Off-Station Public Quarters
and Homoja Housing Project; and
WHEREAS, said amendment, denominated Modification No. "D", increases the estimated annual
cost by $3,645.00, deletes the annual cost of $7,936.00 provided for by Modification "C", and sub-
stitutes $11,561.00 therefor; and
WHEREAS, this Council is familiar with the provisions of said amendment, and it is in the
public interest that said Modification No, "D" should be executed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaid
Supplemental Agreement amending Contract No. NBy(U)-44650 (Modification No. "D") be entered into,
and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute same on behalf of the City of Alameda and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest same.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of February, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
