Resolution 06914CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 6914
APPROVING PROPOSED BUDGET FOR ENGINEERING FUNDS PURSUANT
TO SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE --
FISCAL YEAR 1966-1967.
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure of the Engineering Allocation
under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highways Code has been entered into by the City of Alameda
and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways; and
WHEREAS, a budget proposal showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be
made during the fiscal year 1966-1967 has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda is familiar with the contents of said budget
proposal;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Budget Pro-
posal for Engineering Funds, dated February 15, 1966, is hereby approved and adopted as the budget
of proposed expenditures of the State allocated funds for engineering to cities, and the pertinent
City officials are hereby authorized to attach their signatures or certifications to the said
budget proposal, as required, and that said budget proposal be submitted to the Department of Pubic
Works, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and
Highways Code.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of February, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, Le Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
